Job summary

Vertiv, a global leader in critical digital infrastructure, seeks a Senior Coordinator in Metro Manila to align Sales Orders, Service Requests, and Install Base data for accurate billing and revenue recognition. You will guide the team on order shaping, data integrity, and system alignment, while collaborating with engineers and districts to ensure service execution.

You will leverage your accounting basics, MS Office, and Power BI skills to support revenue processes and containerized data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management or business or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting, AP/AR processes.
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, create, and coordinate T&M quotes for stakeholders.
• Maintain T&M quotes and service forms in SharePoint with version control.
• Follow up on pending quotes to drive conversion and service execution.
• Create service requests from approved quotes with accurate details.
• Notify District Managers upon ticket creation and ensure alignment on requirements.
• Monitor progress of quoted service tickets with technicians for updates.
• Perform billing review for completed service requests for accuracy.
• Audit technician service to determine billability and documentation.
• Analyze revenue and cost recognition for quoted vs. actual services.
• Identify and correct discrepancies in cost or revenue allocations.
• Manage Install Base data for consistency across systems.
• Understand data flow from Install Base to SR creation, billing, and recognition.
• Resolve complex order/SKU discrepancies; adapt processes for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Customer Engineers and Parts to validate materials.
• Investigate disputed invoices and escalate for resolution.
• Maintain strong communications with stakeholders and teams.
• Work independently within established procedures.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members on processes and SKU alignment.
• Partner with Team Leader to set goals and develop team members.
• Contribute to a culture of customer support and process discipline.
