Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service, order processing, or admin support.
• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Accurate data entry and typing skills.
• Familiar with Oracle/EBS is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support by managing mailbox and updating opportunities.
• Respond to inquiries on parts availability and pricing; create quotes in CPQ.
• Coordinate with order management for RGA and mis-shipment requests.
• Track orders and provide ship dates; escalate delays.
• Offer pricing, lead times, and product availability.
• Look up master license keys and service dates for expiring contracts.
• Create CPQ quotes for renewals and pricing requests.
• Answer calls and emails; escalate issues as needed.
• Perform administrative support to sales reps and distributors.
• Self-check processes to prevent errors before contacting customers.
