Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management or related field; MBA or similar is an advantage.
• 15+ years of experience across orgs and multiple countries.
• Experience designing and implementing sales/ops processes, tools and apps.
• Ability to lead teams, handle multiple tasks under pressure and deliver with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead team coherence, process management, and capacity planning across CRM, analytics, and operations.
• Set targets, measure performance, and report results.
• Manage programs from design to administration and enhancements.
• Provide comprehensive business analytics and KPI reporting bridging sales and operations.
• Drive AI tools and automation into sales operations workflows aligned with digital transformation.
• Architect the operating model across three layers: Business Partnership, Analytics, Platforms/Data Enablement.
• Coach and develop managers across CRM, sales analytics, supply chain planning, and incentive programs.
• Serve as operational backstop for functional managers and cover transitions or peak demands.
• Handle other sales operations and support tasks.
