Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years' experience in consultative technical sales, managing key accounts.
• Excellent customer relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account-specific sales strategies to drive growth and long-term customer value.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, technical teams, and procurement leaders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with Bid Management, Product, Marketing, and Technical Services to align and support sales.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide forecasts and performance reports.
• Support post-sales engagement for expansion, renewal, and long-term partnerships.
