Vertiv in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Coordinator – Order Entry to manage complex order entry across channels, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. You will validate CPQ quotes, oversee milestone billing, and support SFA/ETO configurations while coaching junior coordinators to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years in Customer Service.
• 2 years in Vertiv Customer Service environment preferred.
• Strong customer focus and problem solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Processes all Channel, AC Power and Thermal, and GSA Accounts orders within the required turnaround time.
• Ensures 95% of orders touched or reviewed when within 1 hour before shift end.
• Validates CPQ quote for order accuracy.
• Checks PO per Vertiv order quality checklist.
• Performs reporting tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Performs milestone billing on Project Orders and handles standard/auto-config and complex SFA/ETO orders.
• Ensures Order-to-Cash processes are efficient.
• Participates in quality audits and suggests improvements.
• Coordinates with internal teams or customers to resolve issues.
• Follows Vertiv policies and market memos.
• Provides peer support and coaching to junior Coordinators.
