Job summary

Deloitte Consulting Philippines Delivery Center seeks a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors to advise clients and drive post-production support, alignment of requirements, and best-practice implementation strategies.

You will engage with stakeholders, configure SuccessFactors modules, and stay current with HR/payroll regulations to deliver value in dynamic client engagements across PH markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/CE or related field preferred.
4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with at least 2 years in Consulting.
2+ years on SuccessFactors or HCM Payroll implementation projects.

Responsibilities

Serve as an advisor to SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll post-production support clients.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into solutions.
Lead requirement-gathering workshops and advise on SAP Best Practices (EC, PCC, HCM).
Configure and customize SuccessFactors functionalities to optimize processes.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate complex concepts clearly.
Stay updated on latest SuccessFactors releases and country payroll regulations.
