Job summary

Outsourcea Services Incorporated in the Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP HR & Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant with deep SAP HCM/HR and Payroll expertise. You will configure, support, and enhance SAP HR/payroll processes, and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions.

The role covers incident resolution, interfaces, and continuous improvements across PA, OM, and Time Management, with strong ABAP and integration knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP HCM/HR & Payroll experience
• Hands-on Payroll configuration and support
• Knowledge of PA, OM, and Time Management
• Understanding of ABAP, interfaces, integrations, and technical troubleshooting
• Experience in incident, problem, change, and enhancement management
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP HCM/HR and Payroll processes
• Analyze and resolve functional and technical production issues
• Work on Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Time Management
• Develop and support interfaces, integrations, and enhancements with technical teams
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Perform testing, defect resolution, root-cause analysis, and documentation
• Coordinate with business users and offshore/onshore teams for timely issue resolution
