Job summary

Rolling Arrays Consulting in the Philippines seeks a Senior HRIS Consultant to own end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations and lead client workshops. You will drive solution architecture decisions, mentor junior talent, and ensure project quality and on-time delivery, with mandatory team leadership accountability.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, oversee cross-module integrations, and shape HRIS configuration strategy while guiding a high-performing delivery team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
7–10 years of HRIS experience with at least 5 end-to-end implementations.
Strong leadership and client management skills.
Excellent communication and prioritization abilities.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop talent.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end SF implementation lifecycle from initiation to go-live and support.
Lead module-specific workshops and align requirements with system capabilities.
Design cross-module integration processes and workflow configurations.
Serve as primary consultant to senior client stakeholders, managing milestones and escalations.
Mentor junior consultants, supervise workstreams, and support HRIS certification journeys.
