Job summary

Accenture Philippines is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM Consultant to deliver end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support across SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. You will partner with clients to understand requirements, design solutions, configure systems, and guide them through transformation journeys.

Key duties include workshops, fit-gap analysis, data migration, testing, and post go-live support.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of SAP SuccessFactors configuration and implementation experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant IT, HR Systems, HR Operations, SAP HCM, PeopleSoft HCM, or HR technology experience.
Experience supporting HR business processes or working as an HR practitioner, HR systems administrator, or HR technology consultant.
Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, deployment, and solution design.
Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders in implementation or support environments.
Understanding of HR business processes and workforce management practices.
Ability to conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions.
Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to support local and global project requirements.

Responsibilities

Participate in all phases of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementation projects, from planning and design through deployment and post-go-live support.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and business process discussions with clients.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions aligned with business requirements and SAP best practices.
Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions based on client needs.
Create and maintain configuration workbooks, process documentation, and functional specifications.
Support testing activities including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Conduct system demonstrations and walkthroughs for business stakeholders.
Support data migration, conversion, and cutover activities.
Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and business leads throughout project delivery.
Provide post-go-live support and application maintenance.
Contribute to practice-building initiatives, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement efforts.
