Job summary

Deloitte Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team in Manila on a hybrid work model. You will advise clients, analyze requirements, and guide implementations across Employee Central Payroll and related modules.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in SAP SuccessFactors with at least 2 years in consulting, plus at least one module certification. The role emphasizes client engagement, solution design, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
4+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with at least 2 years in a consulting role.
2+ years on SuccessFactors or HCM Payroll implementation projects.
At least 1 SAP SuccessFactors module certification (EC preferred).

Responsibilities

Advise clients on SAP SuccessFactors post-production support with expertise.
Collaborate with clients to analyze requirements and translate into solutions.
Lead requirement-gathering workshops and advise on SAP Best Practices for modules (EC, PCC, HCM Payroll).
Can do implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules to align with client needs.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate complex concepts clearly.
Configure and customize SuccessFactors functionalities to optimize processes.
Stay updated on releases and recommend new features to clients.
