Job summary

Deloitte Southeast Asia, Manila, is seeking an experienced SAP FI professional to lead the SAP solutions lifecycle from design to delivery. You will drive workshops, advise on best practices, and manage interfaces, configurations, and cutovers across regional clients.

The role requires strong communication, multi-disciplinary leadership, and travel willingness to support projects across the region.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–6 years of FI module experience as a team member.
Prefer 2–3 end-to-end SAP implementations.
Good understanding of SAP implementation methodology.
Strong English communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Ability to facilitate workshops and lead target state design.

Responsibilities

Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements.
Advise clients on SAP best practices and processes.
Design target state SAP solutions for clients and influence adoption of standard practices.
Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solutions.
Perform SAP configuration and develop specs for forms/reports/interfaces.
Lead consulting and client teams through the implementation cycle including testing, migration and cutover.
Support change management by developing training material and delivering sessions.
Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
