Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Senior Sales Training Manager to drive sales-force capabilities and coaching, reporting to the Director of Sales Force Effectiveness. You will lead one direct report and deliver high-impact programs to improve prescribing decisions and revenue targets.

You will design blended learning, partner with Sales and Brand Marketing, and build talent pipelines while overseeing governance and ROI across training operations.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of proven experience as a Sales Training Manager in pharma.
• Direct experience training MRs and DBMs is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree (4-year course).
• Expertise in Training Needs Analysis and program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver blended learning programs (face-to-face and digital).
• Partner with Sales and Brand Marketing to diagnose skill gaps.
• Build development pipelines for field talent using internal and 3rd-party resources.
• Drive DBM field coaching and ensure coaching schedules are followed.
• Oversee training operations, budgeting, scheduling, and ROI metrics.
• Set and communicate a clear vision for the Sales Training department.
