Job summary

Menarini Asia-Pacific in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Sales Training Manager to lead the design and execution of strategic training programs for our pharmaceutical sales force. You will drive capabilities, ensure adherence to coaching schedules, and partner with Sales and Brand Marketing to optimize performance and sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of proven experience as a Sales Training Manager within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Direct experience training Medical Representatives (MRs) and DBMs is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-impact blended learning programs (face-to-face and digital).
• Diagnose skill gaps and translate brand strategies into training interventions.
• Build development pipelines for high-potential field talent and leverage partnerships.
• Drive field coaching to ensure 100% execution of coaching schedules and quality oversight.
• Oversee end-to-end training operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and ROI metrics.
• Set a clear, ambitious vision for the Sales Training department across cross-functional teams.
