Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration is required.
• MBA or postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
• 10–15 years of progressive FMCG sales leadership experience.
• Experience with distributors and key accounts at senior level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to optimize revenue growth.
• Review and optimize pricing, key account management, and distribution strategies.
• Lead end-to-end channel sales processes to exceed targets.
• Foster high-level stakeholder relationships and partnerships.
• Manage JBP and T2T planning with disciplined execution.
• Oversee in-store execution including assortment and promotions using Trax and DMS.
• Support SCM initiatives across planning, customer engagement, and commercial ops.
• Mentor a high-performing sales team and drive continuous improvement.
• Respond to market pressures with agile strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
