Responsibilities

• Review sales performance scorecards to identify training needs.
• Lead daily role-play sessions and skill-building drills.
• Design and refresh onboarding programs for new hires.
• Collaborate with managers to align training with business goals.
• Measure training impact using KPIs and reporting.
