Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years in Sales Operations within a BPO environment.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing large outbound sales teams.
• Proven success managing high-volume outbound sales campaigns and achieving aggressive revenue targets.
• Experience supporting travel, hospitality, cruise line, retail, telecommunications, financial services, or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and inspire multiple outbound sales teams to exceed targets.
• Drive sales performance through strategic planning, coaching, and accountability.
• Analyze sales metrics, conversion rates, and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Operations, Training, Quality, WFM, and Client Services for excellence.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer acquisition, upselling, and revenue.
• Conduct regular business reviews with internal and client stakeholders.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on results and engagement.
• Monitor pipeline performance and lead management across all teams.
• Identify trends and risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Lead initiatives that improve efficiency, sales effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
