Job summary

Tasq Work in Mandaue, Cebu, is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our outbound telesales team. This onsite role runs from 8pm to 5am and focuses on coaching, target setting, and ensuring top customer experience while hitting aggressive sales targets.

You will oversee nesting period for new hires, use CRM data (HubSpot) for coaching, and ensure accurate call logging and follow-ups. A 3 to 5 year background in BPO sales management and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Sales Manager / Supervisor experience in a BPO operations environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive, self-directed approach.
• Telco / BPO sales background highly preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of outbound telesales representatives to hit and exceed sales targets.
• Set and review sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
• Conduct 2-week training sessions, role-playing, and nesting for new hires.
• Use performance data and QA insights to coach for higher conversion rates.
• Ensure accurate CRM usage, call logging, and follow-ups.
• Scale the business by managing onboarding of new sales talent.

• Training & Development:Take chargeofthe end-to-end lifecycle of new hires—conducting 2-week training sessions, role-playing, and managing the critical“nesting” period.
• Data-Driven Coaching:Use performance data and QA call-listening insights to provide actionable coaching that improves conversion rates.
• Operations & Process Compliance:Ensureaccurateuse of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) across the team whilemaintaining a high standard of data accuracy, call logging, and follow-ups.
• Scale the Business:Manage a steady flow ofnew salestalent, ensuring they are integrated effectively into the floor.

Requirements:

• Experience:Mandatory of 3 to 5 years of Sales Manager / Supervisor experience in a BPO operations environment.
• Leadership Style:Strong leadership and communication skills.A self-directed leader who takes ownership of their team’s results anddoesn’twait for instructions to solve problems.
• Industry Knowledge:Strong background in BPO sales-driven environments. Telecommunications (Telco) experience is highly preferred.
