Job summary

Tasq Work in Mandaue, Cebu is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our outbound telesales team and drive revenue growth.

You will coach, train, and monitor performance, while ensuring CRM accuracy and adherence to processes across the floor.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Sales Manager / Supervisor experience in a BPO environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; self-directed and results-driven.
• Background in BPO sales, preferably Telco.
• Experience using CRM software (HubSpot) and MS Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365).
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of outbound telesales representatives to hit aggressive sales targets.
• Set and review sales targets to achieve revenue, conversion, and KPI goals.
• Own end-to-end training for new hires, including 2-week sessions and nesting period.
• Use performance data to coach and improve conversion rates.

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager who thrives in the fast-paced world of outbound telecommunications. You willoversee and guide ourtele salesagents in delivering exceptional customerexperiencewhile consistently achieving strongsalesresults.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance:Lead a team of outboundtelesalesrepresentatives to consistently hit and exceed aggressivesalestargets.
• Sales Targets:Set and review sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds set goals for revenue, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
• Training & Development:Take chargeofthe end-to-end lifecycle of new hires—conducting 2-week training sessions, role-playing, and managing the critical“nesting” period.
• Data-Driven Coaching:Use performance data and QA call-listening insights to provide actionable coaching that improves conversion rates.
• Operations & Process Compliance:Ensureaccurateuse of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) across the team whilemaintaining a high standard of data accuracy, call logging, and follow-ups.
• Scale the Business:Manage a steady flow ofnew salestalent, ensuring they are integrated effectively into the floor.

Requirements:

• Experience:Mandatory of 3 to 5 years of Sales Manager / Supervisor experience in a BPO operations environment.
• Leadership Style:Strong leadership and communication skills.A self-directed leader who takes ownership of their team’s results anddoesn’twait for instructions to solve problems.
• Industry Knowledge:Strong background in BPO sales-driven environments. Telecommunications (Telco) experience is highly preferred.
• Tools:Proficient in CRM software (e.g.,HubSpot) andMicrosoft Office applications, including (but not limited to)Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, as well asMicrosoft 365
