Job summary

Tasq Work in Mandaue, Cebu is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our outbound telesales agents, drive exceptional customer experience, and consistently achieve strong sales results.

You will guide performance, set and review targets, conduct training for new hires during the nesting period, coach using data and QA insights, and ensure HubSpot CRM usage and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in Sales Manager or Supervisor within a BPO environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Telco sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in HubSpot CRM and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of outbound telesales representatives to hit and exceed aggressive sales targets.
• Set and review sales targets, ensuring revenue, conversion rates and KPIs are met.
• Own end-to-end training for new hires, including nesting and role-playing periods.
• Use performance data and QA insights to provide coaching for better conversions.
• Ensure accurate CRM usage and data integrity (HubSpot), with proper call logging and follow-ups.
• Scale the business by integrating new sales talent onto the floor.

Work Schedule: 8pm - 5am

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager who thrives in the fast-paced world of outbound telecommunications. You willoversee and guide ourtele salesagents in delivering exceptional customerexperiencewhile consistently achieving strongsalesresults.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance:Lead a team of outboundtelesalesrepresentatives to consistently hit and exceed aggressivesalestargets.
• Sales Targets:Set and review sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds set goals for revenue, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
• Training & Development:Take chargeofthe end-to-end lifecycle of new hires—conducting 2-week training sessions, role-playing, and managing the critical“nesting” period.
• Data-Driven Coaching:Use performance data and QA call-listening insights to provide actionable coaching that improves conversion rates.
• Operations & Process Compliance:Ensureaccurateuse of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) across the team whilemaintaining a high standard of data accuracy, call logging, and follow-ups.
• Scale the Business:Manage a steady flow ofnew salestalent, ensuring they are integrated effectively into the floor.

Requirements:

• Experience:Mandatory of 3 to 5 years of Sales Manager / Supervisor experience in a BPO operations environment.
• Leadership Style:Strong leadership and communication skills.A self-directed leader who takes ownership of their team’s results anddoesn’twait for instructions to solve problems.
• Industry Knowledge:Strong background in BPO sales-driven environments. Telecommunications (Telco) experience is highly preferred.
• Tools:Proficient in CRM software (e.g.,HubSpot) andMicrosoft Office applications, including (but not limited to)Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, as well asMicrosoft 365
• Communication:Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
