Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Sales Manager / Supervisor experience in a BPO operations environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; self-directed and ownership mindset.
• Experience in telecommunications or Telco sales is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of outbound telesales representatives to hit aggressive sales targets.
• Set and review sales targets to ensure revenue, conversion rates, and KPIs are met.
• Conduct 2-week training sessions, role-playing, and manage nestings for new hires.
• Use performance data and QA insights to coach for better conversions.
• Ensure proper use of CRM (HubSpot) and maintain data accuracy and follow-ups.
• Scale the team by integrating new sales talent effectively.
