Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Specialist, Customer Success to join our team in the Philippines. This role focuses on maintaining positive customer relationships across the lifecycle and collaborating with Global Sales Delivery teams to meet customer expectations.

The successful candidate will handle high volumes of customer contacts via phone and email, develop product knowledge, and contribute to customer satisfaction and engagement while adhering to defined processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with high-volume calling.
• Ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to follow instructions and call scripts.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service; Salesforce.com experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume of customer contacts via phone and email daily.
• Verify contact information using search tools.
• Conduct health checks to gauge product satisfaction.
• Develop product knowledge to address objections.
• Document feedback and metrics via surveys, calls, and emails.
• Capture 'Voice of the Customer' insights.
• Address customer concerns and roadblocks to satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
