Job summary

Payscale Manila is seeking a highly analytical Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to drive insights and operational excellence across our GTM organization including Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success.

You will partner with GTM leadership, Finance, Marketing, and Strategy to build planning frameworks, maintain data fidelity, and deliver insights for executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in Revenue Operations or equivalent.
• GTM knowledge across Sales, Account Management and Customer Success.
• Expert Excel skills for modeling and charts.
• Salesforce administration knowledge a plus.
• Excellent communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leadership to drive planning and execution.
• Build dashboards, forecasting, and KPI models.
• Design and deploy Salesforce workflows with Business Systems.
• Own recurring GTM reports (MBR/QBR/pipeline).
• Drive territory design and quota modeling.
• Create multi-tab Excel models for scenario planning.
• Link external data sources for dynamic refresh.
• Maintain data integrity across accounts and opportunities.
