Job summary

Anchored Global Office in Metro Manila seeks a Senior FP&A/Strategic Finance professional to lead initiatives with Growth, Marketing & Partnerships, Enterprise, and Sales, developing business models and driving data-informed decisions across the GTM motion.

You will own driver-based financial models, forecasts, and unit economics to enhance visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and GTM efficiency, partnering with FP&A for QBRs with ELT and department leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5–10 years FP&A/Strategic Finance experience; GTM/SaaS exposure preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and unit economics.
• Excellent English communication, both written and oral.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems.
• Ability to work night shift (1:00 AM–10:00 AM, Tue–Sat).

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Finance and FP&A initiatives across GTM motion.
• Develop driver-based models, forecasts, and dashboards.
• Support QBRs with ELT, LT, and department leads.
• Own monthly and quarterly forecasts; analyze revenue and expenses.
• Improve planning and reporting processes; ensure data governance.
• Collaborate with RevOps and cross-functional partners.
• Mentor junior analysts on modeling and storytelling.
• Provide ad hoc strategic analyses as needed.
