Job summary

Beyond, a global technology group, seeks a GTM Systems Specialist (Salesforce) to design and refine the technology underpinning our commercial engine. You will serve as the Salesforce admin and architect, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate needs into scalable configuration.

The role covers data modelling, flow engineering, API integration, security governance, and metadata practices, plus integration with HubSpot and DealHub.

Qualifications

• Experience as Salesforce administrator or developer in a B2B setting.
• Strong data modelling and reporting capabilities.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable Salesforce configurations.

Responsibilities

• Data architecture: Design and maintain the data model with custom objects, fields, and relationships to support scalable reporting.
• Flow development: Build and manage complex flows to automate business processes.
• API integration: Design HTTP callouts to integrate Salesforce with external APIs, including auth, error handling, retries, and governor limits.
• Security and access control: Own profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and sharing rules.
• Metadata governance: Maintain metadata using change sets or SFDX; enforce naming conventions and document decisions.
• Reporting and Dashboarding: Translate business tracking needs into robust reporting and dashboards.
