Job summary

Beyond is seeking a GTM Systems Specialist (Salesforce focus) to design, implement, and refine the technology underpinning the commercial engine. You will own configurations, flows, API callouts, and security, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

The role embraces integration across Salesforce, HubSpot, and DealHub, plus NetSuite familiarity. Hybrid work arrangement with a strong emphasis on delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable Salesforce admin/developer background in a B2B commercial environment.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Flow and multi-object automation.
• Knowledge of REST API integration, authentication patterns, and error handling.

Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce configuration, development, and data model to support scalable reporting.
• Design and manage complex flows to automate processes and guardrails.
• Implement API callouts and integrations with external endpoints (OAuth 2.0, API keys).
• Maintain security model including profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy.
• Govern metadata using SFDX or equivalent, ensure naming conventions, and document decisions.
• Translate commercial requirements into technical specifications and communicate them to stakeholders.
