• Oversee daily operations of the reservations department across multiple hotel properties.

• Supervise reservations agents, supervisors, and assistant managers.
• Manage booking accuracy within the Property Management System (PMS).
• Handle VIP or escalated guest concerns and enforce reservation policies.
