Qualifications

• 4–6 years of structural/commercial contract administration in the Australian construction sector.
• Advanced cost reporting, budget variations, and provisional sum adjustments.
• Experience mentoring junior administrative staff or cadets remotely.
• Strong digital communication, reliable high-speed internet and dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage risk by tracking budget vs. actuals and enforcing contract terms.
• Lead remote tendering, draft Head Contract docs, and supervise progress claims.
• Draft and negotiate Subcontract Agreements and Purchase Orders.
• Perform remote compliance checks (license verifications, safety register, background checks).
• Mentor junior remote administration staff and Building Cadets.
