Job summary

Staffstream is seeking a Project Administrator in a fully remote role for Philippine-based candidates. You will support end-to-end fit-out and construction projects, handling tenders, contracts, and budgets, with coordination across subcontractors and internal stakeholders.

Australian construction experience is highly valued. You will manage tendering, scope development, pricing analysis, and procurement, contributing to timely project delivery and accurate financial documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction administration or project coordination.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation, drawings, and tender processes.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage tender and estimating process from initial request to submission.
• Prepare tender documentation with clients and subcontractors.
• Develop scope of works and trade packages; request quotations from trades.
• Analyse subcontractor pricing for accuracy and competitiveness.
• Complete quantity take-offs and assist in budget preparation.
• Follow up tender submissions and respond to clarifications.
• Support high-level construction programs for tender.
• Handle procurement of trades; prepare tender packages and scopes of work.
• Assess and prepare payment schedules and claims for subcontractors.
• Prepare client progress claims and maintain records of approvals and variations.
• Manage RFIs, variations, and drawing registers.
• Monitor and update project budgets; ensure financial documentation is accurate.
• Assist with project reporting and general admin tasks for the Project Manager.
