The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in contract documentation, budgeting, and supplier agreements, and excels in MS Excel and construction software with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in construction projects.
• Australian construction experience is REQUIRED.
• Strong knowledge of progress claims, variations, RFIs, and contract documentation.
• Experience working with subcontractors and supplier agreements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and construction management software.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Administer construction contracts in accordance with Australian standards.
• Prepare and manage progress claims, variations, and payment schedules.
• Review and process subcontractor claims and invoices.
• Draft and manage RFIs, EOTs, and contract correspondence.
• Monitor project budgets and assist in cost control.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and contract registers.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and project requirements.
