Job summary

Bank Of China Limited is seeking a Senior Banking Operations professional in the Philippines to oversee daily operations and payment processing. The role involves handling SGX, CDP, remittances, SWIFT and MEPS+ messages, while ensuring compliance and timely reporting.

The candidate should have 5–8 years of banking experience, fluency in English and Mandarin, and willingness to work rotational shifts including Singapore holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related discipline.
• 5–8 years of banking experience.
• Proficient in SWIFT message types: pacs.008 and pacs.009.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for vendor/stakeholder interaction.
• Able to work on rotational shifts including Singapore holidays and weekends.
• Analytical, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking.
• Ability to work independently in high-volume, high-risk environments.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the daily operation.
• Process day-to-day payment transactions (SGX, CDP, remittances, SWIFT, MEPS+).
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness per standards and requirements.
• Coordinate with divisions to maintain workflow and resolve discrepancies.
• Carry out tasks delegated by superiors and escalate issues promptly.
• Adhere to bank policies for reconciliation, treasury operations, and accounts.
• Handle unexpected circumstances arising from daily operations.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments to prevent disruptions to processes.
