Job summary

Responsibilities

• Adhere to bank policies for reconciliation, treasury operations, and accounts.
• Handle unexpected circumstances arising from daily operations.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments to prevent disruptions to processes.

Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the daily operation.

2. Perform day-to-day processing of payment transactions, such as SGX, CDP, correspondent banking remittances, inward and outward remittances, including: Payment verification Monitoring of Vostro accounts Checking accounting entries Processing SWIFT and MEPS+ messages Investigating enquiry cases Preparing statistical reports Data checking

3. Ensure all the above-mentioned activities are carried out accurately and in a timely manner, in compliance with the prescribed standards and requirements.

4. Coordinate with other divisions/departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow, and promptly follow up on discrepancies.

5. Carry out tasks and assignments delegated by superiors.

6. Escalate irregularities and discrepancies to management promptly.

7. Adhere to the Bank's policies and guidelines governing: Reconciliation Correspondent banking accounts Treasury operation control functions

8. Handle unexpected circumstances arising from daily operations.

9. Undertake ad hoc assignments or duties to ensure there is no disruption to operational processes.

Job Requirements

1. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related discipline.

2. Minimum 5–8 years of relevant banking experience.

3. Proficient in SWIFT message types, includingpacs.008pacs.009

4. Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to interact effectively with external vendors and stakeholders at different levels.

5. Able to work on a rotational shift basis, including Singapore public holidays and weekends, when required.

6. Analytical, self-motivated, and able to multitask.

7. Ability to work independently in a high-volume, time-sensitive, and high-risk environment while meeting tight deadlines.
