Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and administer the daily performance of tasks related to Forex and Remittance.
• Manage and reconcile Foreign Exchange and Dollar Remit Fund with daily system-generated reports.
• Implement compliance to Anti-Money Laundering Law and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Regulations.
• Ensure display rates in all counters are updated based on broadcast rates.
• Handle and resolve escalated customer queries and complaints.
