Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course.
• Proficiency in Fookien and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong client relationship and customer service skills.
• Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt and courteous client service while processing daily banking transactions.
• Processes cash and check deposits and intrabank fund transfers, ensuring accuracy of account details and compliance with standards.
• Reviews and processes foreign exchange transactions, including purchase, sale, and remittances, ensuring BSP compliance.
• Processes Debit Card applications, assists with card activation, and PIN changes or resets.
• Prepares and validates accounting tickets and transaction vouchers for accuracy.
• Performs daily cash reconciliation and maintains proper documentation of cash and vouchers.
• Verifies client documents and signatures against records for accuracy and compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support daily banking operations.
• Ensures compliance with policies, regulations and code of conduct.
• Maintains organized work area and proper scanning/filing of vouchers.
• Processes online banking registrations and eToken issuance.
• Prepares and reviews account opening documents with KYC compliance.
• Handles account opening applications and reviews regulatory/triggers per policy.
