Job summary

Vena Energy Services (Australia) Pty Ltd in Manila is seeking a Construction Compliance Senior Associate to ensure full regulatory compliance of renewable energy projects. You will lead filings with the Department of Energy and ERC, manage incentives with BOI, and oversee import/export compliance with BOC.

You will coordinate with legal and engineering teams on hearings, approvals, and policy updates, while maintaining a robust compliance calendar across project development and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business, engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in regulatory compliance, government relations, or legal roles.
• Proven experience with DOE, ERC, BOI and/or BOC is preferred.
• Industry experience in energy, power, or renewables is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine energy regulations and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, file, and monitor DOE requirements and RESC-related filings.
• Coordinate with DOE for project approvals and compliance matters.
• Lead ERC applications, licenses, and tariff filings as applicable.
• Track ERC rules, resolutions, and compliance obligations.
• Register projects with BOI and manage incentives and reports.
• Oversee import/export compliance with BOI, DOE incentives and BOC.
• Develop regulatory compliance framework and monitor regulatory changes.
• Prepare management reports on regulatory status and risks.
