Job summary

Vena Energy is seeking a Construction Compliance Engineer to manage regulatory filings and approvals for renewable energy projects in the Philippines from development through commercial operation readiness. You will coordinate with DOE, ERC, IEMOP, and other stakeholders, maintain a regulatory compliance matrix, monitor policy changes, and ensure timely reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
At least 5 years in renewable energy, power generation, transmission, or utility projects.
Experience with DOE, ERC, and IEMOP processes is highly desirable.
Working knowledge of WESM registration and Philippine Grid Code.
Strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Lead preparation, submission, and monitoring of regulatory requirements for renewable energy projects.
Coordinate with DOE, ERC, and IEMOP to ensure timely reporting.
Maintain a regulatory compliance matrix and filing schedule.
Track regulatory policy changes and assess impact on projects.
Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Legal, Finance, and Operations for required docs.
Manage documentation and reporting, and ensure proper archiving.
