Job summary

Vena Group is seeking a Construction Compliance Senior Associate to ensure full regulatory compliance for renewable energy projects with DOE, ERC, BOI and BOC guidelines. The role leads filings, permits, incentives applications, and ongoing compliance monitoring to support development, construction and operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with regulators, maintaining a regulatory calendar, and preparing management reports on status, risks, and milestones.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in power plant operations, maintenance, or commissioning.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, government relations, or legal/regulatory roles.
• Proven experience dealing with DOE, ERC, BOI, and/or BOC is strongly preferred.
• Experience in the energy, power, or renewable energy sector is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine energy regulations, renewable energy laws, and investment incentives.

Responsibilities

• DOE compliance: prepare, file, monitor COE/COR, renewables contracts, and reports; primary DOE contact.
• ERC compliance: file and monitor COA/PAO/licenses; track rules and filings; coordinate hearings.
• BOI compliance: register projects under SIPP; submit documents; ensure reporting and commitments.
• BOC compliance: oversee importation duties/tax exemptions; coordinate with brokers and suppliers.
• General regulatory management: maintain compliance calendar; prepare management reports; support financing due diligence.
