Job summary

Vena Group seeks a Construction Compliance Senior Associate to ensure full regulatory compliance for renewable energy projects. You will lead DOE/ERC/BOI/BOC filings, monitor compliance and incentives, and coordinate with regulators to advance project development and operations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in regulatory roles, strong knowledge of Philippine energy laws, and a proven track record dealing with government agencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in regulatory compliance, government relations, or legal/regulatory roles.
• Proven experience with DOE, ERC, BOI, or BOC preferred.
• Wide knowledge of Philippine energy regulations and investment incentives.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory filings, permits, and incentives applications for renewable energy projects.
• Coordinate with DOE, ERC, BOI, and BOC; manage hearings and submissions.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on action plans.
• Maintain organized records of permits and approvals and support due diligence for financing.
