Job summary

Vena Energy Services (Australia) Pty Ltd in Makati seeks a Construction Regulatory & Trade Compliance Manager to lead all regulatory, statutory, and trade compliance for renewable energy projects from construction through commercial operation.

You will interface with DOE, ERC, IEMOP, BOI, BOC and other agencies, ensuring approvals, permits, and incentives are secured and project readiness maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with Philippine regulatory bodies (DOE, ERC, IEMOP, BOI).
• Knowledge of WESM, customs procedures, and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance activities across the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain a regulatory plan and milestone tracker.
• Coordinate DOE, ERC, IEMOP, BOI, and BOC submissions and approvals.
• Ensure timely project readiness for commercial operation.
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance and Tax on incentive optimization.
