Job summary

Vena Energy Services (Australia) Pty Ltd in Makati, Philippines, seeks a seasoned Business/Project Development lead to drive renewable energy projects from inception to shovel-ready status. You will consolidate budgets, align workstreams with schedules, and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

You will also oversee Regulatory Affairs, submitting applications, tracking approvals, and maintaining relations with authorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
At least 5 years in Renewable Energy project development.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with regulatory affairs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute development activities from inception to shovel-ready status.
Consolidate budget requests and prepare annual project budgets.
Coordinate with contractors and consultants for environmental, technical, and financial studies.
Maintain relations with project partners, host communities, local government, and stakeholders.
Monitor progress to ensure schedule and budget alignment with Vena Energy standards.
Prepare Board Papers and follow up on directives from Board meetings.
Lead or assist in regulatory submissions and keep authorities informed.
