Job summary

Vena Group in Makati is seeking a Construction Compliance Senior Associate responsible for ensuring that renewable energy projects comply with laws and regulations. This role includes leading regulatory filings, permits, incentives applications, and compliance monitoring.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields, along with 3–5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of Philippine energy regulations and experience dealing with energy-related government agencies is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in power plant operations, maintenance, or commissioning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• 3–5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or legal roles.
• Experience dealing with DOE, ERC, BOI, or BOC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with DOE, ERC, BOI, and BOC regulations.
• Lead regulatory filings and compliance monitoring.
• Prepare management reports on regulatory status and risks.
