Job summary

The Construction Regulatory & Trade Compliance Manager at Vena Group is responsible for managing regulatory, statutory, and trade compliance across renewable energy projects in the Philippines, enabling timely importation of critical equipment and project readiness for commercial operation.

The role interfaces with DOE, ERC, IEMOP, BOI, BOC and other agencies, leads compliance planning, coordination of registrations, permits, market readiness, and incentives, and drives process improvements to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
Professional Engineer registration is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy, power, infrastructure or EPC projects.
Experience with DOE, ERC, IEMOP, BOI and BOC regulatory requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead regulatory compliance activities throughout project lifecycle and develop a compliance plan.
Coordinate with DOE, ERC, IEMOP, BOI, BOC and other agencies for permits and approvals.
Manage project registrations, construction milestones, commissioning reports and operational compliance.
Oversee importation and customs compliance, including documentation and exemptions.
Maintain regulatory dashboards and prepare regular compliance reports for leadership.
