Job summary

Vena Energy Services (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a Construction Compliance Engineer in the Philippines to oversee regulatory compliance during construction, commissioning, and operation readiness of renewable energy projects.

You will manage DOE, ERC, and IEMOP registrations, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and maintain compliant documentation and dashboards to support timely approvals and project readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in renewable energy, power generation, transmission, or utility projects is preferred.
• Experience with DOE, ERC, and IEMOP regulatory processes is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of WESM registration and Philippine energy regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, submission, and monitoring of regulatory requirements for renewable energy projects.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine laws, DOE regulations, ERC rules, Grid Code, Distribution Code, and WESM requirements.
• Coordinate with DOE for documentary requirements, milestones, commissioning updates, and operational needs.
• Coordinate ERC applications, permits, and filings before and after commercial operation.
• Lead project registration with IEMOP and coordinate market registration requirements, including WESM documents.
