Job summary

BruntWork is seeking an experienced Senior Property Management & Business Development Specialist with 5–7+ years of Australian residential property management experience to drive outbound prospecting and growth. The role is remote, offering flexible work from home and a strong focus on building client relationships across the Australian market.

You will manage property records, support trust accounting tasks, and coordinate with leadership to convert calls into qualified opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of hands‑on Australian residential property management experience.
• Proven outbound lead generation, prospecting, or appointment setting within Australian real estate.
• Demonstrated ability to convert calls into qualified leads and business opportunities.
• Excellent English communication skills and professional phone presence.
• Strong knowledge of Australian property management practices and landlord/tenant relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Business Development: Conduct outbound calls to Australian landlords, property owners, and prospective clients; research property listings; qualify leads and secure appointments; maintain a sales pipeline.
• Property Management & Administration: Manage property records and communications; assist with trust accounting, end-of-month disbursements, and ABA file preparation.
• CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate prospect/client records; track activities and pipeline; provide regular updates on performance and opportunities.
