Wingman Group in the Philippines seeks an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support an Australian property management team from home. The role requires at least 9 months of Australian and/or New Zealand property management experience and strong communication skills.

You will handle tenant inquiries, coordinate showings, onboarding, leases, and records using PropertyMe, Property Tree, Inspection Express, Kolmeo, and MS Office/Google Workspace. Permanent WFH with AU/NZ operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 months of Australian and/or New Zealand property management experience.
• Experience with property management software such as PropertyMe, Property Tree, Inspection Express, Kolmeo.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; detail-oriented and organised.

Responsabilités

• Respond to tenant and landlord enquiries via email and phone promptly.
• Conduct virtual property tours and coordinate showings.
• Support tenant onboarding and ensure documentation is complete.
• Schedule maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors.
• Prepare lease agreements and related paperwork.
• Maintain property listings across platforms.
• Maintain property records and files.
• Assist with rental payments and deposits.
