Job summary

BruntWork is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to own organic growth for a newly launched Australian digital comparison platform in the property services tech space. You’ll work closely with the founder and marketing team to optimize listings and promote an AI contract review tool, while maintaining a flexible 30-hour weekly schedule and a fully remote setup aligned with Australian Eastern Time.

Proven SEO expertise with a track record in organic growth.
Deep knowledge of on-page, technical SEO, keyword research, and link-building.
Ability to translate analytics into scalable strategies.
Excellent written and verbal English; able to work 5-6 hours daily during AEST business hours.

Responsibilities

Formulate and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to drive consumer traffic.
Optimize landing pages, directories, and vendor profiles for top rankings in Australian queries.
Develop search capture strategies to promote the AI contract review tool as a lead magnet.
Monitor traffic, rankings, and conversions; deliver actionable growth reports.
Collaborate with social media and outreach teams to align brand campaigns and monetization.
