Job summary

Reef is looking for a Property Management Assistant to support a residential Australian property portfolio. This fully remote position involves handling day-to-day administration, including tenancy documentation, maintenance coordination, and communication with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years experience in property management, is familiar with Australian processes, and possesses strong English communication skills. A competitive salary and direct contract with a growing Australian business are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in residential property management administration or assistant PM role.
• Hands-on experience with PropertyTree preferred; other PM platforms considered.
• Solid understanding of Australian residential tenancy processes and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage tenancy documentation, renewals, addendums and compliance files.
• Process applications and references, schedule inspections and update condition reports.
• Log, triage and track maintenance requests with trades, owners and tenants.
