Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking a senior process improvement professional to drive end-to-end analysis and redesign of complex business processes across Technical Support. You will partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into practical solutions, using data to quantify impact and drive prioritized improvements.

The role emphasizes supporting change readiness, developing dashboards and governance documentation, and coaching partners in continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8–12 years of related experience.
• Graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analysis and redesign of complex business processes across Technical Support to improve quality, efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to define requirements and document current and future-state workflows.
• Use data and root-cause analysis to identify gaps, quantify impact and prioritize improvements.
• Build and maintain process maps, business requirements, SOPs and governance documentation.
