Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking a process improvement professional to lead end-to-end analysis and redesign of complex business processes within Technical Support. You will map current and future workflows, gather requirements, and translate operational needs into practical solutions using data, root-cause analysis, and governance documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8–12 years of related experience.
• Graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
• Experience in process improvement, Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analysis and redesign of complex business processes across Technical Support.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to define requirements and document workflows.
• Use data and root-cause analysis to identify gaps and quantify impact.
• Build process maps, SOPs, controls, and governance documentation.
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Support change readiness, testing, implementation, and adoption.
• Develop dashboards and executive updates communicating progress and benefits.
• Coach partners on process improvement methods.
