Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8–12 years of related experience.
• Graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
• Experience in customer support operations, Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analysis and redesign of complex business processes across Technical Support, identifying opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, consistency, and customer outcomes.
• Partner with business leaders to define requirements and translate operational needs into practical solutions.
• Use data to identify process gaps, quantify impact, and recommend prioritized improvements.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and governance documentation to support ownership and execution.
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and drive decisions from discovery to implementation.
• Support adoption of process and technology improvements with clear success measures.
