Job summary

Dexcom Inc. is seeking a Senior Process Improvement professional in Manila to lead end-to-end redesigns of complex Technical Support processes.

You will partner with business leaders to map current and future workflows, translate operational needs into practical solutions, and drive measurable improvements. You will apply data-driven analysis, root-cause investigations, and governance practices while coaching teams to sustain enhancements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8–12 years of related experience or a graduate degree with 4+ years.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methods is preferred.
• Experience in customer support operations or CRM environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data visualization capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analysis and redesign of complex business processes across Technical Support.
• Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to document requirements and future-state workflows.
• Use data and root-cause analysis to identify gaps and quantify business impact.
• Develop process maps, SOPs, controls, and governance documentation.
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and drive decisions from discovery to implementation.
• Support change readiness, testing, and adoption of improvements with measurable success metrics.
• Develop dashboards and executive-ready updates to communicate progress and realized benefits.
• Coach teams on process improvement methods and establish repeatable practices.
